These Terms of Service govern your use of shirosuki.com and any purchase you make from Shirosuki. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping timeframes, costs and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged items and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

We work to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, weights and materials. Product photography is representative; natural materials such as walnut vary in grain and tone between units. Minor variation is not a defect.

Safe use

Our products are sharpening tools intended for use with kitchen knives by adults. Keep them away from children. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use other than as intended.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Shirosuki name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published at the time you order is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
